Returns policy — CLOG
Catalogue products (returns within 14 days) For standard products from our catalogue, you have 14 days from delivery to request a return. To be eligible, the item must be in the same condition you received it: undamaged, unused and in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
To start a return, contact us at resi@clogitalia.com before sending anything back. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.
Return shipping costs are paid by the customer, unless the return is due to our mistake or a product defect.
Personalised products Products made to measure or with specific personalisation (colour, size, engraving, logos) cannot be returned, except for manufacturing defects or errors on CLOG's part. This is in line with art. 59(c) of the Italian Consumer Code, which excludes the right of withdrawal for goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised.
Defects and problems Please check your order on delivery and contact us within 7 days at resi@clogitalia.com if anything is defective, damaged or wrong. We'll look into the problem and fix it with a replacement or a full refund, shipping costs included.
EU right of withdrawal (14 days) For catalogue products shipped within the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of delivery without giving any reason, under Legislative Decree 21/2014. If you exercise this right, we'll refund the price of the product and the original shipping costs. Return costs are paid by the customer. The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalised products.
Refunds Once we've received and checked your return, we'll let you know the outcome within 3 working days. If approved, the refund will be issued within 10 working days to the original payment method. If you haven't received your refund 15 working days after approval, contact us at resi@clogitalia.com.
