OVERVIEW Welcome to CLOG! The terms "we", "us" and "our" refer to CLOG. CLOG operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services, in order to provide you, the customer, with a curated shopping experience (the "Services"). CLOG is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

The terms and conditions below, together with any policies referred to here (these "Terms of Service" or "Terms"), describe your rights and responsibilities when you use the Services.

Please read these Terms of Service carefully. By visiting, interacting with or using our Services, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not use or access our Services.

SECTION 1 - ACCESS AND ACCOUNT By agreeing to these Terms, you confirm that you are of legal age (18) under Italian law. To use the Services you may be asked to provide certain information, such as your email address and billing, payment and shipping details. You confirm that all the information you provide is correct, current and complete.

You are solely responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You may not transfer, sell or assign your account to anyone else.

SECTION 2 - OUR PRODUCTS We have made every effort to show our products accurately. Please note that colours may look different from how they appear on your screen, depending on your device settings. All product descriptions are subject to change without notice.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy. CLOG reserves the right to accept or decline your order. Payment must be received and processed before the order is accepted. Purchases can be returned or exchanged only in line with our Returns Policy.

SECTION 4 - PRICES AND INVOICING Prices are subject to change without notice. The price charged will be the one in force when the order is placed, as shown in the confirmation email. CLOG operates under the Italian flat-rate tax scheme pursuant to Law 190/2014, art. 1, paragraphs 54-89. Invoices are issued without VAT under the same article. The prices shown are therefore final prices.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate payment information for all purchases.

SECTION 5 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by couriers, customs procedures or events beyond our control. Delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed. Once the products are handed to the courier, the risk of loss passes to the customer.

SECTION 6 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All content on the Services — including trademarks, text, images, graphics and designs — is owned by CLOG or its licensors and is protected by Italian and European intellectual property law. These Terms allow you to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes only.

SECTION 7 - THIRD-PARTY TOOLS You may be given access to tools provided by third parties. These tools are provided "as is" without any warranty from us. You use them at your own risk.

SECTION 8 - THIRD-PARTY LINKS The Services may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content or practices of those websites. You access them at your own risk.

SECTION 9 - RELATIONSHIP WITH SHOPIFY CLOG is powered by Shopify. All sales and purchases are made directly with CLOG. Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales between you and CLOG.

SECTION 10 - PRIVACY POLICY AND GDPR All personal data collected through the Services is processed in accordance with EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian data protection law. SECTION 12 - ERRORS AND OMISSIONS We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions in product descriptions, prices or availability, even after an order has been placed.

SECTION 13 - PROHIBITED USES You may use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with applicable Italian and European law. Prohibited uses include, among others, unlawful use, infringement of intellectual property rights, and transmitting harmful or fraudulent material.

SECTION 14 - AUTOMATED AGENTS No automated software agent may access the Services without identifying itself as such. Circumventing security measures, CAPTCHAs or access control systems is prohibited.

SECTION 15 - TERMINATION We may end your access to the Services at any time if you breach these Terms.

SECTION 16 - DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES The Services are provided "as is". To the extent permitted by Italian and European consumer protection law, we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose.

Nothing in these Terms limits consumer rights under the Italian Consumer Code (Legislative Decree 206/2005) and applicable European law.

SECTION 18 - INDEMNIFICATION You agree to indemnify CLOG against any losses, damages or claims arising from a breach of these Terms or unlawful use of the Services.

SECTION 19 - SEVERABILITY If any provision of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain valid and in force.

SECTION 20 - ENTIRE AGREEMENT These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and CLOG regarding the use of the Services.

SECTION 21 - ASSIGNMENT You may not assign your rights under these Terms without our written consent.

SECTION 22 - GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION These Terms are governed by Italian law. Any dispute falls under the jurisdiction of the Court of Brescia, without prejudice to the consumer's right to bring proceedings in the court of their place of residence under Legislative Decree 206/2005 (Italian Consumer Code).

SECTION 23 - CHANGES TO THE TERMS We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated to users. Continued use of the Services after changes are published constitutes acceptance of them.
