Where we ship We ship within Italy and to countries in the European Union. For shipping outside the EU, please contact us at info@clogitalia.com before placing your order. No customs duties apply to shipments within the European Union, thanks to the free movement of goods.

Production times Our products are 3D printed to order. Production times vary with the complexity and quantity of the order. The estimated time for each product is shown on its product page. For custom orders, timings will be confirmed in the quote.

Shipping times and costs Once production is complete, your order is handed to selected express couriers. Shipping times and costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight, size of the parcel and destination. Delivery times given by couriers are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Tracking You'll receive an email with your tracking number as soon as your order is handed to the courier.

Delays and delivery problems CLOG is not responsible for delays caused by the courier, weather or other circumstances beyond our control. If your order is not delivered or there's a problem with shipping, contact us at info@clogitalia.com and we'll do our best to help.

Damage in transit If your parcel arrives damaged, please photograph the damage before opening it and contact us within 48 hours of delivery at resi@clogitalia.com. We'll look into it and find a solution.
